Weather Policy

The Tournament Director reserves the right to suspend, shorten, modify, or cancel any portion of a tournament due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. While every effort will be made to complete all scheduled games, Bash Tournaments has a strong history of doing everything possible to provide teams with the opportunity to play.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, the Tournament Director may adjust the tournament format, game lengths, or schedule as necessary. Examples may include changing a double-elimination format to single elimination, reducing game times, or revising the tournament schedule.

Refunds will be issued according to the number of games played:

• 0 games played: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Each team will receive a $100 credit toward a future Bash Tournaments event to offset this fee.
• 1 game played: 50% refund.
• 2 games played: 25% refund.
• 3 or more games played: No refund.

All parking fees and individual admission fees are non-refundable.

Tournament entry fees are due two (2) weeks prior to the event date or when the event reaches capacity and sells out, whichever occurs first.

Teams withdrawing within two (2) weeks of the event or after the tournament schedule has been released, whichever occurs first, are not eligible for a refund.
